Who we are
Novifolium Capital Ltd, registered in England & Wales No. 17016278, with its registered office in Canary Wharf, London, is the controller of personal information collected through this site. You can reach us at enquiries@novifolium.capital.
What we collect
We collect only what you choose to provide when you contact us: your name, organisation, email address, the nature of your enquiry and the content of your message.
We also receive basic technical information generated when a page is served, such as an IP address and browser type, which our infrastructure providers process to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use this information to respond to your enquiry and to keep an orderly record of our correspondence. Our lawful bases are our legitimate interests in managing enquiries and running our business, and, where relevant, taking steps at your request before entering into any arrangement.
We do not use your information for marketing or automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with the hosting, database and email providers that operate this site on our instructions, with our professional advisers where necessary, and where disclosure is required by law or by a regulator or court of competent jurisdiction.
Where information is transferred outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to deal with the correspondence and to meet our record-keeping and legal obligations, after which they are deleted.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access to your personal information, ask for it to be corrected or erased, restrict or object to how we use it, and request a copy in a portable format. Write to us at the address above and we will respond within the statutory period.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk.
Visitors from the United States
This site and the company’s activities are directed at persons in the United Kingdom, and the company provides no services to US persons. Where a visitor in the United States chooses to contact us, the information they submit is handled exactly as described in this notice and is processed in the United Kingdom, where the company operates.
In the terms used by US state privacy laws, the categories of personal information we collect are identifiers (name and email address), professional or employment information (organisation), and internet or network activity (technical log data generated when a page is served). Each is used for the business purposes already described: responding to enquiries, maintaining our records, and operating and securing the site.
We do not sell personal information, we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not use it for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects. We offer no financial incentives in exchange for personal information, and we neither seek nor use sensitive personal information as defined under California law.
US state privacy rights
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Virginia and other states with comprehensive privacy laws may request confirmation of whether we process their personal information, access to it, correction of inaccuracies, deletion, and a portable copy of information they provided. Where we decline a request, you may appeal that decision by replying to our response.
To exercise these rights, email enquiries@novifolium.capital. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before acting, and we accept requests from an authorised agent on presentation of written authorisation. We aim to respond within 45 days, extending that period only where the applicable law permits and we tell you why.
Exercising any of these rights will never affect how your enquiry is received or handled.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with information, contact us and we will delete it.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. Only storage strictly necessary to serve pages and maintain security is used.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date shown above indicates when it was last revised.
